any more ways to destresssss???

suddenly i feel stressed up again.

why is it like that?? projects are endless. how i wish i can jus sleep on all these projects on hand.

seems like everyone is stressed up.

but what can we do? keep on mugging on these projects and strive on LOH.

this is the so call BO BIAN. unless you quit school. whereby this can’t be happening on ME.

besides working real hard on these stupid projects, we need to destress in order to go further right?

 

HERE ARE SOME WAYS THAT I USE TO DESTRESSSSSS

  1. EAT GOOD FOOD. which means, dun skip meals. no matter how busy u are, still must eat. so that u got energy to fight the reports. and eating do helps u to forget the stress u have for awhile.
  2. SNACK ON~ you know. chocolates. the best snack to destress. and keeps u happy. but not too much. if not u will get more stress if u gain weight. HAHA.
  3. TALK and LAME with FRIENDS. it works. coz you get to laugh and joke together. laughing do helps.
  4. BE WITH YOUR LOVE ONES ~ support from your loves ones, family and friends. it sure do miracle if u mix with people who you feel you are comfortable with. LOVE can fight almost anything. including PROJECT that leads to STRESS.
  5. MUSIC to YOUR EARS~ listen to songs that u like. it keeps u motivated and energized.
  6. LASTLY, BLOG IT OUT~ VOICE out all the stress u have on anyone and anywhere. dun keep stress in you. it’s best to let everything out. but do make sure u find the right place and person. HAHAHA.

these are all the ways loh. no more. but it works for me last time.

now, i dunno. mayb i will try it out later. HAHA.
